So how do I get started on my CrossFit journey?
Once you have decided you want to join us in achieving awesome things and get started with a new chapter in your life then we will get you set up. All new members go through our new starter program, where we will introduce you to CrossFit and InnerFight, teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements, and prepare you for classes.
Our starter program is delivered through two 1-hour private coaching sessions. Your coach will cover all the essential movements and skills to help you build confidence in these sessions and attack performance holistically through focusing on nutrition, rest and recovery and training. Your coach is there to assist you in setting your goals, creating a safe environment and answer all your questions but above all, help you in having fun! We track all aspects of performance to ensure we can give you the best advice possible and take your performance in life to the next level so you’ll move better as well as get fitter.

Is this for me?
The program is ideal if you have had limited or no exposure to functional strength and conditioning in the past, as well as if you’re getting into fitness or CrossFit for the first time or after a long break. Similarly, it’s perfect if you’re returning to the gym or CrossFit after an injury, or suffering from a medical condition that limits your ability to exercise.
What can I expect?
This program looks at the fundamentals of movement and leads into strength and conditioning. It is based on our Road Map To Awesome approach to physical movement. Your coach will first ensure you are able to move efficiently through common core exercise movements, and then take these exercises into a conditioning setting.
Our coaches will ensure you have mastered movements such as the squat, push up and related exercises, before adding intensity and volume – in order to properly prepare you for our mainline classes, and ensure complete safety and peace of mind.
As part of the program your coach will also take you through your body analysis on our In Body machine and where required, provide you with nutritional advise. Your coach is there to guide you through this journey and there to answer any and all of your questions you may have.
How do I join?
Mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 04 321 2899, and provide us with some background information about you, your goals and what you’re hoping to gain from joining. We will then advise you of the next available coach to start you off on your CrossFit journey.
How many people will I be training with?
Your first 2 sessions are one and one with a personal performance coach. If you and your coach then decide you are ready for the mainline classes they will get you booked in, where there will be a maximum of 20 people per class.
Is there an age limit to join?
No. We have 9year old children and 70year old adults. Just check with our team for any clarifications.
Is CrossFit for males and females?
Of course, both are more than welcome.
When does it take place and how long is it?
You will be taken through two 1-hour one on one sessions with your coach normally spaced out by 2-3 days. After these sessions, you and your coach will decide if you are ready to move into the mainline classes, which are strength and conditioning based CrossFit classes for 1 hour.

What is the cost of the starter program?
The first coach session is free but if you chose to continue then it is included in the package as per below. From there, these are the options available:
- Two 1-hour Personal Performance Coach sessions: AED 500
- The above two 1-hour sessions plus a month of unlimited classes: AED 1,500
