Complete the 5 sets of 5 reps in point 1, then go into point 2. 4 rounds against the clock so it’s a race to get it done as quickly as possible, there is no rest or breaks, get it finished and then the workout is over.
1. 5 Hang cleans x 5 Sets
2. 4 rounds for time: 20 Wall Balls, 20 push ups, 20 Military Press
