We always look at training as making ourselves better, this is good, I love it, keep that awesome work going and you will become the best human being you can be.
Flip it though....
We are also training bad things and we get good at being bad. These things do not help us, they undo our hard work, they tear us apart, sometimes they kill us.
Training is a powerful tool in so many ways. Take a moment and have a look at the bad things in life that you continue to train and continue to let flourish. Be ready to reverse train those bad things, replace them with good. It will not be easy.....just like training and making ourselves better takes time and effort so will this.
If you do not stop your bad training it will (if it's not already) counteract your good training!
