This will have your heart pumping from start to finish but its going to make you feel great at the end of it when you are recovered. Set a PB on the rower, if you are not confident with double unders then use normal skips but we encourage you to get confident by practice as they offer a different intensity and result than normal skips.

25m Farmers Walk
15 Pull Ups
25 Press Ups
100 Double Under Skips
Carry out the above exercises back to back, rest 2 minutes, this is 1 round. Complete 4 rounds
