To be clear on this, you start with 50 double unders, you then do 10 dumbbell thrusters and 10 burpees, then back into 50 double unders followed by 9 dumbbell thrusters and 9 burpees, this is repeated until you are down to 1. Therefore you do a total of 10 sets of 50 double unders. The good news is that it gets mentally easier as you go down the exercises.
