If you don’t have a 200m space then do your farmers walk on a treadmill. Speed is the key in this training as you are trying to get as many rounds as possible in. Be sure that your chest touches the floor for each push up and that your legs break 90 degrees on each squat. Record how many rounds you do so next time this comes up you have a target to shoot for. 200m Farmers Walk Push ups x 50 Squats X 20 (on Swiss ball or wobble board) Carry out the above exercises back to back, this is 1 round.
