We have known what calories are for a long time but even 15 or 20 years ago the thought of counting them and or weighing food in order to ensure that you get the right amount was not something the layman would consider. If you were an “athlete” then maybe but otherwise not a chance.
Fast forward to today and everyone seems to know about counting calories, whether they are doing it correctly or not is another thing. At the same time the number of eating disorders we are seeing and generally poor relationships we see that people have with food is on the rise at a scary rate.
So whats going on? That is the question we answer in todays show.
