As we emerge from lockdown and people restart their outdoor fitness we have seen an insane amount of people running. They are running for all the same reasons that it is the most powerful tool we have but they may not know it. Last weekend I gave this talk to a group in the UK and was asked on social media to share the talk, we have gone one better and I recorded the talk again as a podcast for you guys.I am sure the show will resonate with many of you.
