Google this subject and either 3 minutes or 3 days later you may still be totally confused as everyone has an opinion and every one has a different goal to you. Of course in this show I am going to add an additional opinion, maybe two!
There are however some guidelines that I share, some things to think about and certainly some things that you should not be doing. The most important factor here is that yes, the times that you eat and the frequency could have a massive impact on your performance in life. The second most important thing is to figure it out!
