We have all done it, not only in a workout but in life too…..we “fly out of the gates” and a few minutes into things we are out of energy and or motivation and wish that we had started out a bit slower. But why do we do this over and over even though we know! Why don’t we learn from our mistakes?
In this show I try and answer the questions for you and take things into a workout setting. There is so much correlation between workouts and life in general and I try and pull the two together so it makes sense for all of us.
