You can do all the gym work right, you can nail the sleep but guys if you want the strength gains we really need you to eat properly. As you will hear in the show there is no one size fits all here. For some people liquid nutrition works better and others like to physically eat all of their food. The same rules apply that apply everywhere in that you need to be consistent with your food to figure out what works.
The bottom line is just because you are training hard you can not eat what you want. Quite the opposite in that you need to feed the muscles in the right way and we wrap up this series trying to help you do that.
