This is a 3 part workout, complete each section totally before moving to the next.
1. 5 x 5 Deadlifts:
This is 5 sets of 5 reps with a 2 minutes rest in between each set; you should
get progressively heavier through the sets
2. 200 box jumps for time.
As it says 200 box jumps as fast as you can. 24 inch box
3. 4 rounds non stop of:
15 Burpees
15 Clean & Press @ 50% body weight
Please be cautious with the weight you lift here, if 50% body weight is too much then reduce the weight. There is no rest between the rounds or between the exercises, go
from one to the other as fast as possible whilst maintaining good form.
