Wednesday: Leg Day, front squats into bike sprints! 15 EMOM to finish off the Session.
Thursday: Rope Climbs and HSPU into some more time upside down and some heavy carries.
Friday: We will make your legs stronger, then we will test your engine, will you get the work done?
