Tuesday: What better way to start the holiday than with upper body and core strength into a partner workout!
Wednesday: Olympic Lifting Day that will carry over into the workout, combined with a gymnastic movement to suit your skill level.
Thursday: Funtional bodybuilding into DB snatch and rowing. Can you get it under 16mins?
