Monday: Starting the week off with some Olympic Lifting, straight in 2 10min workouts!
Tuesday: Gymnastic volume and core strength into a 15min Amrap. Wall walks might be in there.
Wednesday: Strongman Strength, a workout out in teams of 2!
Thursday: Squat Day! For time workout, Cardio Machine, Squat, and a gymnastics movement!
Friday: Friday Therapy, with something named Curtis!
