For your safety, progression, motivation and quest to be the best version of you possible one of the pillars of the InnerFight program is 4 zones of progression. Through 6 key areas we are able to asses standards and monitor development and progression, within these 6 areas there are over 40 movements or combination of movements that we believe best represent one’s ability to develop in human movement and “fitness”. Members are required to complete the “RCR” (required completion rate) for each key area before they are able to pass to the next colour zone and all completion of the movements or workouts must be verified by one of the InnerFight coaches.
