Just Be Human

Go for walks, sit in parks, talk to people, smile at strangers, appreciate bright blue sky's, maybe even look at birds.

Just be human.

I find that we are often caught in a state of need for something but we don't know what it really is. Our lives are full of distractions, technology, we are constantly contactable or in touch. Are we really being just human.
Like everyone I am 100 miles an hour in my everyday life and often forget to be be human and do normal things and appreciate things that need appreciating.
I find that when I take a step back and just sit and think and live and look at the sky or the trees or go for a walk that in fact my mind is so much more efficient (maybe even creative) with so much more clarity to think about the things that really matter. Be it what life is really about or the next project I have coming up.
Just be human when you can be, drop everything, get super simple and basic and you may be surprised what goes on in your mind and the benefits that you can action in your life.
Of course you can Instagram, Facebook or Tweet it once you have done it but in that moment just embrace it.

Just be human.
