This is a 4-part session. Complete the first before moving to the next. Start off with the 300 squats, maintain good form and get a good rhythm and they will be done in no time. The second section should be done as fast as possible without rest. The session finishes with 100 squats for time, you then do the second section again. Focus, maintain form and you will be finished your workout in no time at all 1. 300 squats for time 2. 50m run 10 burpees 40m run 9 burpees 30m run 8 burpees 20m run 7 burpees 10m run 6 burpees 3. 100 squats for time 4.
