This is a 3 part session. Complete the 800m run the go into the 20 minutes of as many rounds as possible of the 4 exercises. You can rest for 3 minutes and then do the second 800m run. Don’t pace yourself in the second section, yes you have to work for 20 minutes but you have to aim to do as many rounds as possible. Push yourself all the way.
