Sunday - Strongman session to start the week off. Some heavy DB work planned for today. Sandbags and sled will make an appearance.
Monday - Continuing to build strength upside down. The conditioning session is spicy! Go fast, be consistent and then go faster. There will be double unders.
Tuesday - Loads of barbell clean practice today. Then a “Fight Gone Bad” style workout. Testing your pull up capacity.
Wednesday - Building strong lats. Practice your toes-to-bar. Conditioning is just carnage.
Thursday - Rowing, running, wall balls, rope climbs and some dumbbells = lots of sweat.
