Daily Workout Focus: HELL WEEK

Sunday - This might give you nightmares. What a way to start the week. Grip intensive is an understatement.

Monday - Heavy back squats. Then what have your legs got left for the conditioning.

Tuesday - An old favourite returns with some minor tweaks. Lots of gymnastics.

Wednesday - Heavy power cleans. Big chief style conditioning workout.

Thursday - Some DBs, skipping and bring your running shoes. Simple but effective.
