Daily Workout Focus

Sunday - Clean complex to start the week. Focus on quality and control in skills. Then full gas in the WOD. Fun day.

Monday - Functional bro session, bench and pull ups. Conditioning has an odd object in it and some running.

Tuesday - Spoilt this week, heavy snatches today. Double unders in the conditioning, push hard on this one.

Wednesday - Skills to start the session, some new movements to work through. Time to test your pull ups in a WOD. Core finisher at the end.

Thursday - Wear blue and show off your mo today. Lots of fun is guaranteed.
