
Sunday - Snatch complex to start the week. Followed by simple, effective conditioning. Get sweaty.
Monday - Isolated strength work. Work on your rope climbs. Conditioning is all about your shoulders.
Tuesday - Strongman workout. Bit of everything today. Just remember to lift heavy.
Wednesday - Back squats, go heavy. Sprint work in the conditioning, rest periods are short. Not full gas but work hard.
Thursday - Meet Grace, but bring your running shoes for this one.
