Sunday

Heavy deadlifts and some spicy conditioning. Great way to start the week.

Monday

Squat cleans, pull ups and a chance to work on your skipping.

Tuesday

Pressing barbell work, core strength and handstand push ups. Lots to do.

Wednesday

Nail your gymnastics. Then put them into practice plus some running. 

Thursday

A Hell Week favourite returns. Enough said.
