Daily Workout Focus

Sunday - Toes to bar skills session. Longer conditioning piece, but a good chance to push hard. Lots of pressing.

Monday - Its leg day. Also working on pull up strength. Conditioning will have some DBs and skipping.

Tuesday - Its Strongman time, no partner session today. You are on your own for this one.

Wednesday - Bro session. Bench and bicep curls. Plus some threshold work in the conditioning.

Thursday - Some barbell cycling to end the week, paired with a real lung buster.
