Daily Workout Focus

MONDAY: Strongman training. Holds, carries and lifting odd objects. Heavy ones.

TUESDAY: Front squats. Conditioning has some gymnastics, rowing and more leg work.

WEDNESDAY: Pressing and rowing in the strength. Spicy workout, move quickly to get work done. Gymnastics and barbell work.

THURSDAY: Single leg work. Bring your running shoes for the WOD, its a sprint.

FRIDAY: This has a bit of everything. Let's see what you got!
