WEDNESDAY: Front squats on front squats today. Big conditioning piece, lots going on. Light barbell, move quickly.
THURSDAY: Big snatch session. Conditioning has T2B, lunges and skipping. Looks easy but is it?
FRIDAY: Great way to end the week. Bring lots of water… You might need you grips, sweat bands and no weakness.
