TUESDAY: Lots of pulling in the strength section today. Then we have a benchmark workout with deadlifts and HSPU. Plus a little finisher.
WEDNESDAY: Leg day!!!! Strongman style workout to finish.
THURSDAY: Lots of clean complexes and power cleans. "Couplet' workout, chance to work on some of your skills under intensity.
FRIDAY: Thrusters, running, wall balls, rowing….not altogether though. 3 workouts to get through today.
