MONDAY: Push and pull strength day. Conditioning has wall balls, burpees and rowing. Short intense AMRAPs.
TUESDAY: Lots of clean work, build to a heavy for the day. WOD has some gymnastics and DB work.
WEDNESDAY: Bro session to start. Then the conditioning for the day has a heavish barbell with some gymnastics. You will need to go fast.
THURSDAY: Strongman is back. Carries, sandbags, sleds and some heavy DB work. Fun right.
FRIDAY: Short sprints, with some barbell work and walking on your hands. Don't go too light on this one.
