
MONDAY: Power cleans in the strength. Repeat AMRAP work in the WOD. Wall balls, swings and T2B.
TUESDAY: Strict pull up work. Into a long AMRAP with some inverted pressing, jumping and core work.
WEDNESDAY: Leg day, front squats. Accessory work in the skills. Strongman movement in the WOD, simple and brutal.
THURSDAY: Working on overhead pressing. Skills has some T2B work and skipping drills. Repeat sprint work in the WOD.
FRIDAY: Running, snatching and gymnastic work. Looks good fun, maybe it will be maybe it wont.
