MONDAY: Start the week and new block with front squats. WOD has lots of leg and shoulder work.
TUESDAY: Strength focus on pulling today. There will be rope climbs in the skills + skipping. WOD is going to be interesting, spicy sprint work.
WEDNESDAY: Pressing overhead is the focus in strength. Simple WOD with some barbell cycling and pressing.
THURSDAY: Snatch complex, focus on hitting the right positions. Quick skills session to nail T2B. WOD will have some T2B, skipping and some KB work.
FRIDAY: Loads DB work, this workout could have been in Hell Week. Just saying. There will also be some pull ups and running.
