MONDAY: Alternating AMRAPs with handstands, assault bike, burpees, pull ups and wall balls. Sweaty.
TUESDAY: Partner workout with lots of running, some DB work and gymnastics.
WEDNESDAY: Clean complex to start the day. WOD has rope climbs, deadlifts and rowing. It will be fun.
THURSDAY: Final week of strict pull ups and HSPU. Lots of snatches and some burpees later.
FRIDAY: Long AMRAP full of fun. Gymnastics, lunges, jumping and Devils Press.
