Daily Workout Focus

Sunday - Heavy front squats. Challenging your handstand push ups under fatigue in the conditioning.

Monday - Building pull up strength, lots of accessory work. Proper sweaty conditioning session.

Tuesday - Strongman, there will be sandbags, axle bars and DBs. Full body pump.

Wednesday - Overhead pressing complex. Conditioning, how fast can you go and how long can you hang on for?

Thursday - Start with some heavy lifting. Then loads of rounds, small rep range but don’t be fooled though.
