
MONDAY: Push press strength and bicep curls. WOD has HSPU, T2B and squats.
TUESDAY: Back squats building on previous week. Accessory skill work. DB cycling and skipping in the WOD.
WEDNESDAY: Power snatches and snatch pulls in the strength. WOD focuses on 30 sec sprints with the same amount of rest.
THURSDAY: Pull up and HSPU strength work. In skills focus is the split jerk. Fun WOD with deadlifts and burpee pull ups.
FRIDAY: Some simple movements, except for the TGU. If you know, then you know.
