MONDAY: Back & core strength work. WOD is a long one, with 3 simple movements. Nothing complicated, just move.
TUESDAY: Big snatch session. Lots of core work in skills. Workout focus on pull ups/C2B/BMU, deadlifts and box jumps.
WEDNESDAY: All the shoulder to overhead work. Rope climbs and skipping in skills. The WOD is fast, bring your grips for some gymnastic work.
THURSDAY: Its leg day, best day. Accessory work in the skills. All the DB work in the conditioning.
FRIDAY: Great way to end this block. Power cleans, HSPU and running. Worth the wait.
