TUESDAY: Row and pressing focus. Skills has rope pull ups and drill for a better foot lock. Conditioning is cardio and full gas. Its going to be fast.
WEDNESDAY: Unilateral leg work. Building stronger lats in skills and learning skills for muscle ups. Repeat sprints in the WOD, lets see what your legs have got.
