Tuesday - Deadlifts, building on the previous weeks. Loads of time for toes-2-bar practice today. Challenging your skills in the conditioning.
Wednesday - Handstand push up accessory work, do the basics well. The conditioning is pretty simple, short bursts of work and aim to be consistent. There will be rope climbs!
Thursday - The only think that would make this workout better is if the assault bike was in it.
