Daily Workout Focus

MONDAY: Shoulder and core strength. Bring your running shoes and there will be lots of pull ups.

TUESDAY: Some heavy squatting. Sprint work in the WOD, push hard every AMRAP and hold on. Arm pump to finish.

WEDNESDAY: Build to a heavy snatch. Working on nailing some basics in skills. The WOD is like Fran but its not Fran.

THURSDAY: Simple press and pull to start. Building on pull ups.
Double unders in the WOD with some unilateral KB work.

FRIDAY: Repeatability. Thrusters, deadlifts, wall balls, HSPU and rowing. Go hard and hold on.
