Tuesday - Bro session to start and then a simple gassy conditioning workout to finish. Bring your running shoes.
Wednesday - Front squats all day. Plus some gymnastics work.
Thursday - Pick your partner wisely for this one. Lots of work to get through. Gymnastics, bodyweight work and rowing.
