Daily Workout Focus

Sunday - On the first day of Christmas my coach gave to me a KB.

Monday - The second day of Christmas starts with manmakers and finishes with manmakers. Its all DB today.

Tuesday - You know what you are getting for Christmas? Rope climbs and lots of body weight movements.

Wednesday - Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is a sandbag and no more burpees.

Thursday - Do you even lift? Swole Santa is here. Lots of barbell work.
