Monday

Tackle this workout in pairs. Lots of cleans and pull ups. Bring your running shoes.

Tuesday

Upper body pump. Lots of pressing. Yes there will be bench press.

Wednesday

Lift heavy and move quickly through this workout. Some gymnastics and heavy deadlifts in this one.

Thursday

Rock up do the work and show no weakness. Thrusters with some burpees or is burpees with some thrusters.
