Daily Workout Focus

Sunday - Deadlifts and pull up work to start the week. Sprint work in the conditioning.

Monday - Lots of front squats. CrossFit Open style workout with cleans and handstand push ups.

Tuesday - Tempo pulling work and building a strong midline. Solid conditioning session, good opportunity to test your pull up capacity.

Wednesday - Build to a heavy snatch. Conditioning piece, can you go unbroken and hold on. Simple.

Thursday - Partner session today. Bring your grips. There is SOME running.
