Sunday - Let’s see how strong your legs are. Climbing ropes in the skills. Sprint work in conditioning.

Monday - Strongman day, lots of isolated work today. Still lift heavy!

Tuesday - Heavy press and pull day. Lots of DB work in the conditioning, how far can you get?

Wednesday - Clean and jerk complex with some skill work. Short workout challenging your skills. Easier finisher to start December.

Thursday - Standard Thursday Therapy (mic drop)
