Daily Workout

MONDAY: Back squats is a great way to start a Monday. Thrusters with a twist in an EMOM style conditioning

TUESDAY: Push presses with some strict pull-ups. Classic push pull combo. Spicy chipper with good use of a Dumbbell.

WEDNESDAY: OCR makes a return!! Rope climbs and sandbags are joining the party.

THURSDAY: Snatches are on the cards into a twist on Diane with a deadlift and handstand push-up ladder.

FRIDAY: Bench mark workout. Running and wall ball combo.
