Daily Workout

MONDAY: A hot start to the week. Some benching and core work. Interval work on a bike with a friend

TUESDAY: Handstand holds and pull up work followed by some double unders and KB swings.

WEDNESDAY: Front squat day!!! Some endurance work while squatting with fatigue.

THURSDAY: Milo’s teaser movement is making an appearance. Then some barbell cycling overhead.

FRIDAY: Simple and effective. All you need is a DB and a box. Let’s get after it!
