Daily Workout

MONDAY: Engine work on a rower/ski with some strict gymnastic holds. Can you maintain your pace throughout?

TUESDAY: All barbell, all fun! Quite a bit of squatting and overhead for a spicy workout.

WEDNESDAY: Rope climbs with some core work. Then a classic bench mark that has some running and pull-ups.

THURSDAY: Clean and jerk work with a nice, simple and effective workout. How many burpees can you do?

FRIDAY: Hold on to 2 rounds every interval with a deadlifts and box jumps. Team finisher for a bit bonding through shared suffering!!
