Daily Workout

MONDAY: Bench and row day. Conditioning is simple but there will be lots of reps to do.

TUESDAY: Leg day. Plus some sprint work, will test you physically and mentally. How long can you hold on for?

WEDNESDAY: Snatch complexes in the strength. More snatches and core in the conditioning.

THURSDAY: Overhead pressing with some tempo. Longer conditioning WOD, good chance to just move.

FRIDAY: Typical Therapy workout, however there are 2 workouts. One bodyweight and the other barbell. Have fun.
