Daily Workout

MONDAY: Front squats. Then sprint work in the WOD, ski ergs, squats and burpees.

TUESDAY: Press and pull day. Partner workout, gymnastics and barbell work.

WEDNESDAY: Cleans. Spicy workout, looks easy but is it.

THURSDAY: Single leg work. WOD has some gymnastics, KBs, running and biking.

FRIDAY: Lots of rounds. Bring your grips. We have done something similar before. Upgrade.
