Daily Workout

MONDAY: Deadlifts to kick off the week. Todays conditioning has a little bit of everything.

TUESDAY: A little different today. Full gas.

WEDNESDAY: Snatching. Running, deadlifts and box jumps in the WOD.

THURSDAY: Pulling in the strength. Almost DT but not. There will be pull ups.

FRIDAY: Just need 1 dumbbell for today.
