TUESDAY: Full bro sesh. Bench press and pull-ups. What is there not to like. Followed by a small sprinter. How many burpee box jumps can you do?

WEDNESDAY:
Unilateral work for a booty pump. Then a nice spin of Annie, a bench mark workout.

THURSDAY:
Full core day followed by a griptastic workout. Rope climbs and farmers carry’s. How many rounds can you do with heavy KB?

FRIDAY: Here we go!!!! Rowing and thrusters. Let’s go full gas!
