Daily Workout

MONDAY: Backsquats into a an interval style workout with rowing and burpees.

TUESDAY: Overhead pressing followed by a 2011 open workout with Deadlifts, push-ups and box jumps.

WEDNESDAY:
Jess’s OCR is in again. Have fun with the Death crawls

THURSDAY: Gymnastic strength into a a little mover bro sesh.

FRIDAY: best way to end the week with the final workout from the 2011 CrossFit open. Be ready for power cleans, toes to bar and wall balls for a magical 20mins.
