MONDAY: 2 parts: bike and front squats into a partner workout with KB swings.
TUESDAY: gymnastic and core followed by an engine style conditioning piece.
WEDNESDAY: deadlifts with some core work with side planks. Then a Hero workout called DT. barbell complex at its best.
THURSDAY: Snatch tech work. It’s getting a small upgrade. From there we go into a 20min Amrap where you need to keep moving with DU and TTB
FRIDAY - all we can say is how many calories get you get on the machines?
